Structured Finance |
|
 |
Structured finance is a financial technique accompanying the creation of schemes (scheme formation),
such as securitization, and can be applied to project finance and liquidation of assets.
Structured finance is attractive to the private sector
because it facilitates fund procurement regardless of credibility
as long as there are sufficient assets or the expectation of future cash flow
to support repayment to the suppliers of such funds.
We address the fund procurement needs of our corporate clients through various approaches,
including scheme formation utilizing assets in the possession of each client company
as well as inherent business strengths and new business activities.
We also take advantage of an extensive network of fund sources
at home and abroad to attract financial institutions and investors to fund application opportunities.
